How perfect is this jumper?! Now I'm no good at sale shopping, mainly just because I can't deal with all the mess and just end up walking away in a huff and sweat! But I found this beauty in Miss Selfridge for a mere tenner and couldn't pass up on it. My only wonder was whether I'd be able to pull off a cropped jumper but I think I managed to make it work. I also just luuuuuurve the colour, I didn't get myself a pastel pink coat in the winter but I think if you were also wanting one but weren't too sure about how to make it work then look for a similar colour in a jumper instead! I think this will also be a great piece for the transition into the spring season this year as it will undoubtedly stay chilly in England, but at least I have some colour in my outfits which I think is always tricky when its cold!
With cropped jumpers I think you just can't go wrong with a good pair of high waist jeans. I recently picked up these from Topshop (I've been eyeing them up for ages!), which mean i'm not too self conscious as there is only a slight bit of mid riff on show. I think a good tip would be to choose a crop jumper in a larger size as I did so the material is a tad longer, and it also makes the jumper a lot more comfier with that extra space to move! Otherwise, add a plain white top or shirt underneath your jumper, or even pair over a dress or tight dress in the spring/summer months!
Tonight I'm going to the pub will my best girls and I'm excited to have a good catch up with them! Thankfully I have work off tomorrow too so I won't have to cope with feeling rubbish anywhere other than bed! Hope you all have a lovely weekend x
