So one of the main perks of living near London is obviously the fact that on the weekends I can venture into the busy and fast paced life of the London towns to discover more about this wonderful city. This
Friday we decided to visit the famous Portobello Market, it really is an vintage/antique lovers haven! Full of stands where one mans trash is another mans treasure.

Also if you do ever happen to find yourself down there, allow your eyes to wander past the millions of stands on the crowded streets and look to the buildings at the side, you'll spot some extremely trendy and cute cafes with amazing inventive interior décor (for instance who thought sitting on hay bales would be as exciting as it is?!) and tasty treats for you to eat whilst having a good chin wag with a friend.
Also if you happen to be wondering, I really am enjoying my time here at University so far. Personally I think a gap year has served me well as I do feel to have grown so much as a person, I feel a lot more confident in not just myself but in life in general and the things that I'm able to achieve. And obviously due to my slighty 'nerdy' Gemini nature I feel like my brain has had the chance to relax from the pressures of exams etc and so thus meaning that my eagerness to learn more has heightened! As well I think I've definitely caught the travel bud, eeek *purse weeps*. Every time I watch back my videos from travelling I feel that burning desire to get back out there! So therefore being down in London where there is so much for me to discover is helping to satisfy this desire. Hope you've all had a good week and have a good weekend!
You and Claire look so lovely. I've always wanted to go to Portobello Market because of it being in bedknobs & broomsticks haha. You got some lovely snaps.
